Her name is Tam Robinson, the younger child of The Space Family Robinson - a comic series from the sixties released before the popular "Lost in The Space" tv series. Both were based on the classic adventure romance "Swiss Family Robinson". The original comic ran for 59 issues from 1962 to 1982, according to Wikipedia. The 28th Phantom

She's Jedda Walker, the daughter of the 27th Phantom in an old cartoon series from the 80s, "Defenders of The Earth". I watched few episodes, but I remember she was very cute.
